Interview: Francois Gaudet in NMP – encounter / recontre

One of the great things about being involved in the arts is how I get to see how artists develop over time, and how my own practices intersect with others. I’ve been very lucky and happy to be able to keep in touch with several of the artists involved at CBC ArtSpots.

François Gaudet is one of those artists. We have had an extended and very periodic conversation about Acadian and photographic art, cultural identity, community-based work, and other topics, for many years. For NMP Issue #36: Encounter, François addressed some questions I asked him by developing this vivid response. You can find it on his website as well.
