Ah. The artist/producer in fashion. The hot, hot, hot summer exhibition in Montreal – at the Musée de Beaux Arts. Went to the member preview in June. Though I didn’t receive my invite to the big opening bash on June 13, maybe it was the postal delays?
Luckily I was happily in Toronto celebrating other, more personally interesting events that day — a 70th birthday.

At the exhibition, I was particularly interested in the animated mannikins. Not least, because of the connection to the ever-talented Suzie Leblanc. Our house-swapping sweetheart. She murbles some Joni Mitchell in the exhibit featuring her voice and animated face. Dynamite in fiery red hair.
